Home opener for the Nationals! It was a chilly day, and the Nats lost to the Pirates, but Katie and I had fun. I love Nats Park. We had great seats near first base. There was a Hard Times Cafe stand near our section, so we had chili dogs and nachos for dinner.
Of course I took a doll with me. Ezri fit easily in my clear bag.

It was so much fun, but we were both so tired when we got back. I went to bed at 10:30 and slept almost until nine. Poor Maisie missed us all day!
I needed a fun day out. I'm going to be stuck at home for at least a week after my surgery. Katie had a good idea with the tickets.
My surgery is a week away. I had to stop taking ibuprofen yesterday. I hope I don't have any migraines this week, because Tylenol does nothing for them. I'm starting to feel a bit nervous about the surgery, even though I know it should be fine.
