Very nice service. The choir did a great job. We had dinner at Katie's after (Mom and I did most of the cooking), our usual Christmas Eve assortment of seafood and salads, plus my cake.

The Christingle from Padre. He made a bunch for the kids, but there weren't any at tonight's service. I got to take one home! It's a German tradition and it has to do with the Christ Child's light. Personally, I think it looks like the Holy Hand Grenade from Monty Python and the Holy Grail. Time to blow up some killer rabbits!
