Bah Humbug?

I was supposed to go to a party Wednesday night, but my anxiety level has been going up to eleven this week. I was afraid I'd have a panic attack in public. No party for me. I just stayed home, watched Christmas Vacation (again), worked on my scrapbook, and started a last minute cross stitch project. My hand was okay today. I really have been feeling anxious and a little depressed this week. I have my follow-up with my oncologist next Tuesday, so that could be it. I always worry a bit even though I know it should be fine.

I've had such a terrible time getting into the Christmas spirit. I feel like I'm forcing it this year. All I've done is decorate, clean, and bake, and I'm exhausted. At least I'll have a nice Christmas dinner with my family. My nephew is coming down from New York for a few days. I rarely get to see him!
