Ten days.

I'm really getting used to my new routine of keeping a food and exercise journal. The goal was to lose a pound a week, but I've lost seven. I'm doing some kind of exercise daily, whether it's walking or the exercise bike. I may drag out my rowing machine soon. I couldn't use it for two years while having cancer treatment and surgeries. My eating habits are improving. I'm not mindlessly snacking. I'm careful about portion size. It's going to be a long effort, but I'm finding it easier to work through.
