I have some computer work to do before I leave, but other than that, I'm ready for Monday. I'm going to spend tomorrow resting and cuddling with Rory. It will be a month before I can pick him up again!
I have some last minute pre-surgery meds to take (yuck) and other prep things. They gave me some awful antibacterial washcloths to use after my shower tomorrow night. Also, of course, I can't eat solid food after 6:00. I'm going to be so sick of popsicles and Jell-O!
Katie gave me a nice flannel throw to take with me, because hospitals get so damned cold! So I stuck that in my bag with Luciana and a bunch of magazines. I'm so glad I have a private room. No weird looks about having a doll with me!
