American Girl revealed the new historical doll, Melody, on CBS This Morning today! She is so freaking cute. She's slightly darker than she looks in the photos. Which is a good thing.

She's out in late June, a little over a month before my birthday. I already told Mom that's what I want...Melody and the pink floral dress shown in the recording studio.
I squee-ed over Maryellen, but I am absolutely flipping out over Melody. She may end up my favorite of all the dolls (sorry, Julie, Josefina, and Felicity!).
