I loved the smug look on Mycroft's face when he said that. Not quite as good as Sherlock's baffled expression when Irene asks him if he's ever "had" anyone, though.
Also, I ordered the I AM SHER LOCKED shirt. Probably not a good idea to wear it in public until after PBS airs series 2...;)
