I thought choir was going to be a disaster tonight, but it turned out okay. We got through a lot of our Lent music, and we're doing one of my favorite anthems, an arrangement of "Wondrous Love". It's simple but powerful, and it's hard not to get emotional while singing it! It has a gorgeous descant, and I must have sung it really well, because one of the altos gave me a thumbs up and a "wow" look. I'm surprised, because my voice has been a bit off due to a cold. Little things like that make me so damn happy!
