Five days, five hours....

Getting back into exercising regularly has been easier than I expected. Five hours since Thursday- most of it on the treadmill, but quite a bit on the bike and rower. Rowing is actually the best thing to do- it exercises almost every muscle. When I was in high school, I lost 25 pounds in six months mostly due to rowing. I hope I can lose a lot more now!

I rewarded myself by ordering two new Mirabilia charts:
