I'm still doing well with the program. I had a slight setback today because I was tired and didn't feel like exercising, but I still managed to stay under the calorie total goal.
Finally, I finished another Ukraine related cross stitch. Ezri shows it here- it's Subversive Cross Stitch's classic Go Fuck Yourself, but in Ukrainian!
