"Cake balls."

I made these for Katie's birthday. They're made by mashing together cake and icing, then shaping into balls (or whatever shape you like), then dipping in candy coating. I made mine into baseballs:





They were so yummy. Katie really liked the design.

She went to the Mets/Nats game tonight, I'm going to tomorrow's game. As much as I love the Mets, I gotta root for the Nats. They have a real shot at winning the NL, if not the World Series! I never thought I'd type that...
