I woke up at 2:30 a.m., and now I can't get back to sleep. So I turned on CNN only to see breaking news about a mass shooting in Indianapolis. Eight dead (at least) at a Fed Ex facility. Ugh. Today is the 14th anniversary of the Virginia Tech shooting, too.
I had a mammogram and thyroid ultrasound today. They went okay, though the ultrasound took a long time. Now I just have to wait for the results. Hopefully there are no problems, though if something's up with my thyroid, that would explain a lot. I've felt sluggish lately and I've gained weight since my February oncologist visit.
Feeling like hell, but at least I get to take care of this sweet dog this weekend!
