It was so weird to have the Kentucky Derby in September. Thanks to COVID-19, the stands at Churchill Downs were practically empty. I was happy to have it all! We had a family Derby dinner and watch party. I made Benedictine spread for an appetizer and then Hot Browns for dinner. No time to make Derby Pie for dessert, though.
