I'm so tired of COVID-19. Virginia residents have to stay home (except for groceries or take-out, medical appointments, essential jobs) until June 10th. Some people are screaming to "re-open" the country, but that is a very bad idea. The death toll in the U.S. continues to climb. It's over 44,000 as of today. Things will improve, but it's going to take time. The anti-social distancing people are NUTS. Yeah, I want to get my hair done, too, but my hairdresser has a heart condition and this virus would kill her. No thanks! Better to be six feet apart than six feet under.
And as if the daily coronavirus updates weren't gloomy enough, there was a mass shooting in Nova Scotia on Sunday. 23 dead. Absolute madness.
